When the Base voltage is greater than the voltage between the Base and the Emitter Transistor conducts . Base current , Emitter current and Collector current are non zero
. IB, IE and IC ≠ 0 . Transistor conducts

- Ideal transistor
- Amplification does not depend on angular frequency
- Emitter's gain equals to collector's gain
- Non-ideal transistor
- Amplification depends on angular frequency. Amplification decreases with angular frequency.
- Emitter's gain is α . Collector's gain β
[sửa]Phân Tích
Assume that the transistor is an ideal transistor. When VB > VBE the transistor conducts current. IB is non zero . Therefore IE and IC is also non zero and equal to:
- IE = α IB
- IC = β IB
